I've been working here as a personal trainer for 4+ years and can say that the level of care and detail that is given to each individual client is above and beyond. As a senior fitness facility, we see such a wide variety of clients. Ranging from severe joint replacements and injuries to those that are skiing 50+ days a year and running ultramarathons. Everyone that comes through the door is unique and has unique goals. All staff are internally trained to give that person the attention, quality of service, and unique exercise prescription that they need. Ryan and his team at Leverage Fitness Solutions are fitness leaders in our community. For a couple of semesters now, Ryan has volunteered his time to guest lecture to soon-to-be fitness leaders in their undergraduate kinesiology program.
