“So, I went in to get my hair done...an updo for my son's wedding. What a relaxing and fun experience. @Katie, was my stylist, and she was wonderful! She asked questions as to what I was looking for in my updo, and continued to get my input throughout the process. She was easy to work with and kind and professional. “I had a situation come up that I needed to change hairdressers and I was really nervous. I called salon s*** and they schedule me an appointment with Kaitlyn. She is amazing. I have found that it’s a little bit tricky finding people that can do a really good haircut. What she did was simple but honestly, it completely transformed my hair. She’s the first person I’ve been able to find that really knows how to cut my bangs! I also saw the customer (she did color) that Kaitlyn worked on before my appointment and her hair looked incredible! She is amazing… if you’re trying salon, s**** as a new customer, or you want to find someone new, I would definitely make an appointment with Katlyn.“

“Changing my review to 4 due to the Amazing management.Just had the worst experience at a hair salon in my whole life of getting a haircut.I've gotten mine and my son's hair cuts at this location for at least 6 or so years and have Always had a Great experience. There's even two stylist here I love going to. But today it took a turn for the worst.Today I took my 15yo son in to get his and my haircut, him going first.When he was done it looked weird and it didn't look good.As I began trying to explain what I didn't like the young girl stylist I've never seen before started getting defensive and literally fighting with me about what I didn't like, including claiming my 15yo said to do a style that he never said.I've Never had an experience with a hair stylist like this let alone Any person in customer service.I mean if I don't like a hair cut you don't argue it's my freaking hair. It's not an argument. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is for the other lady who literally had to tell the girl to stop arguing. (Which she didn't)It was So embarrassing that more than likely I'll never go to this location again especially if that girl is still there. Sad because it's always been such a great place. It's really sad how a young kid can ruin such an long time great experience.Oh yeah I forgot to say that after the argument I went outside to use the phone the young girl stylist Anna started wavimg at me winking and blowing kisses in some sort of hostile self own. Pathetic. This girl should be nowhere near customer service jobs.“
