Karen is a combination of knowledge and consideration. Her knowledge of how to cut my difficult thinning hair with a sense of my concerns, helps me be comfortable while she balances those requirements.

Changing my review to 4 due to the Amazing management.
Just had the worst experience at a hair salon in my whole life of getting a haircut. I've gotten mine and my son's hair cuts at this location for at least 6 or so years and have Always had a Great experience. There's even two stylist here I love going to. But today it took a turn for the worst.
Today I took my 15yo son in to get his and my haircut, him going first. When he was done it looked weird and it didn't look good. As I began trying to explain what I didn't like the young girl stylist I've never seen before started... read full review
