The manager Cristina at the Cottonwood Heights branch is always so attentive and helpful and can find the best options for clients. Every single person that I have worked with has been the most helpful and pleasant. Samantha was so welcoming and helpful with awesome customer service, making the process easy to understand and quick. The Check City location in Cottonwood Heights is described as a place where customers receive great service and are treated wonderfully.
Been in two or three times now each time has been very smooth. Samantha has helped me every time even on the weekend and the banks were closed. She went out of her way to verify my check so I could leave as my money. All in all it, it’s not like you hear about the check cashing places it’s been a great experience
