They have experience with pets that have special needs, such as Addison's Disease, and offer support during difficult times, including end-of-life care. Some clients experienced rude behavior and discrepancies in pricing, leading to frustration. Despite these mixed reviews, Canyons Veterinary Clinic continues to be a place where many pet owners seek care for their beloved animals.

Honestly I would never recommend anyone to come to this vet clinic. First they lie about the pricing, second they hire receptionist with low class and unexperience. I took my dachshund to this vet and the receptionist was VERY rude towards me. Very neglect, giving me attitude, not helpful and giving me the wrong pricing. I had called initially to know the pricing for my dog plus a check up. The receptionist gave me the pricing and I scheduled and appointment. Upon arriving I noticed an odor coming from the door as you walk in. It was a puddle of dog urine and dog feces on the floor. I understand this is a vet clinic and this is bound to happen.. what I DON'T understand is how the two receptionist where gossiping amongst themselves about what seemed to be a other co worker instead of cleaning up. I was standing there while they finished there more important conversation. I checked in, my dog got vaccinated and they did a visual check up on her and that was that. I had questions about my dog and the vet acted as if I was wasting her time. She pretty much ignored my questions and instead just told me everything was fine and if I noticed anything unusual to come back. Fine.. I knew this place was a joke so I wasn't gonna come back. BUT what I don't understand is why they don't give the receptionist or the people they hire for that role the proper training and guidance for their customers as soon as I got out they were trying to charge me $350 for just a first round of vaccines plus a standard check up when I was told $150. I told them they had quoted me differently and the receptionist (that was gossiping) got defensive and rude and started talking down on me stating that was the price. I wasn't speaking loudly I was talking in a calm assertive way like an educated person is supposed to. But the receptionist was talking so loudly and abruptly that the vet/owner came out to see what was happening. I informed her the situation and told her all my calls are recorded so I played her the recording of the conversation I had with the receptionist and it was in fact TRUE. Guess what? the receptionist who had quoted me badly was the one who was yelling at me and acting as uneducated. The vet/owner honored the pricing given and even told ME. That it was fixed and left. She didn't correct the manners nor the way her receptionist was acting. The receptionist NEVER apologized and that was it. I left to never come back. However, this manipulative individual (the receptionist) created a fake rabies vaccination certificate stating my dog already had her rabies shot when she is only 2 months old and can't get her rabies shot. The reason I know she created a fake one is because the new vet I am going to now called to get my dogs vaccination records and they called me and told me they were shocked because I did her rabies shot. I told them I NEVER did it. I went BACK to this clinic to speak to the manager about this and I spoke to the vet/owner AGAIN and she stated it was false and she would talk to the receptionist that did this. Now the receptionist who yelled at me and in fact DID the fake rabies certificate was sitting right there. She was very anxious and nervous as she just found out what I knew she did. However, here I was thinking I would get ONE little apology. NOPE. Never got it. From ANYONE nor any compassion. All the vet said it was an accident. What a coincidence that the same receptionist who lied to me about the pricing, who yelled at me, who was sitting RIGHT THERE did it to my dog specifically. All this and she is STILL working there. She never got talked about she NEVER got fired and is still handling the records of everyone. She should be FIRED!!!! I will NEVER go to this place ever again. The correct way they should of handled this is by firing the individual that created the fake rabies certificate, apologized for all the inconvenience this individual has caused AND sent the CORRECT vaccine documents to my new vet clinic. THEY NEVER SENT THE CORRECT ONES!!!! I had to take matters into my
