We have been going to Quail Pointe for 19 years and have had multiple animals cared for by their team. They are always professional, caring and add a little personal touch to each visit. I also appreciate that Dr. Ford takes the time to educate you so you can make an informed decision rather than just throwing medication at the problem. Everyone here was so good to us! We had to say goodbye to our baby dog of 16 years, Mia, a few days ago. From our first phone call to the time we left they comforted us and made us feel well taken care of. We truly felt the care and love they have for animals and their families. They made our very difficult time a little smoother. We just received a condolence card in the mail as well! They went above and beyond in our time of need! I am a new dog owner and went to QPVH today for the first time! I was helped by Mak who was beyond helpful and demonstrated exemplary care and knowledge. Mak went above and beyond to ensure that my puppy had everything he needed to travel and helped me navigate all of the confusing tasks. I left the clinic feeling much more confident than when I arrived because Mak was able to answer every question I had with outstanding information they are so skilled and amazing at what they do.
