“Wow. Wow. Wow. My sweet Golden Retriever, Sunny, just came home from being groomed and HOLY COW she’s the softest I’ve ever felt her in my life. Like, she’s puppy soft. Her perfectly trimmed and shaped belly and ears brought tears to my eyes. She had surgery a few years ago on her back legs, and her bum fur never grew back the same. I have been sad because she used to have the fluffiest bum. SOMEHOW they got that bum fur to be soft and fluffy again!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Jojo’s Pet Palace! From the moment we walked in, my husky and I were treated with such warmth and care. The staff made us feel right at home and clearly love what they do. They were gentle, professional, and genuinely attentive to my pup’s needs.

My husky isn’t the easiest to groom—thick coat, lots of energy—but they handled him with such patience and expertise. When I picked him up, I was blown away. He looked absolutely stunning—clean, fluffy, and happy! He even seemed proud of his fresh look.

It’s clear Jojo’s Pet Palace goes above and beyond for their furry clients and their humans. I’m so grateful for their top-notch care and can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Highly, *highly* recommend!“

The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“

Leo was so soft and there wasn’t a single piece of hair out of place after his haircut. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
