Tylor was incredibly knowledge and extremely helpful in getting my HVAC system replaced before the summer heat. He was able to explain everything in lamen and kept me up to date with everything he was doing so I could follow along in the processes and properly take care of and maintain my new equipment.
Tylor is amazing at what he does. My new construction home was not cooling properly because the builder installed a unit that was too small. He was able to manually configure the settings and add refrigerant to address the system underperforming. This is the first time we've gotten the inside temperature down to 70 degrees during the summer. So glad I called him for help. Worth every penny.
Our AC unit wasn’t pushing out any cold air. I messaged Tylor around 11 PM last night and he got back to me right away. Tylor was able to come out first thing in the morning and run a diagnostic on my unit. He figured out the issue in less than 5 mins. Would highly recommend using Tylor’s Heating & Air-conditioning LLC in the future.
