Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. You hear about contractors who take the money and either don’t show up, or take forever to get the job done, but AMS focused on our basement from start to finish with no gaps in work. Epilogue: We loved our remodel so much, we are now having SAC do a new remodel for a house up the street my Mother purchased. If we had more houses and more remodels we would always go with SAC.
