AMS Construction finished our basement and we are beyond pleased. Great communication between Adam and Justin (Project Manager) throughout the process and they took our (1300 sq ft) basement from bare bones to ready for flooring in just 2 months. Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. You hear about contractors who take the money and either don’t show up, or take forever to get the job done, but AMS focused on our basement from start to finish with no gaps in work. AMS finished our basement and poured concrete for an RV pad. Both turned out amazing. The basement was finished to match the upstairs and is about 1700 sq ft. The job was completed on time and within our budget.
