Salmon has taken great care of us. We went with another company first, and within two or three years our brand new air conditioner was failing and they wanted to replace the whole thing, claiming that our warrantee wasn’t any good because we hadn’t read the fine print and registered it online (which they hadn’t told us to do). We called Salmon, who not only promised they’d get us our warrantee (if it was needed), but also found that we didn’t need a full replacement at all. We have had terrific service from Salmon HVAC for over 38 years. Their Service Reps have always been well trained, quick to determine any problem, then resolve it quickly. Great company.

Kevin G. saved us from the summer heat last Friday evening. We had a scheduled power outage on our street and a couple of hours after power had been restored I noticed that our air conditioner had not restarted. I checked our breakers and settings and found power was live. I called Salmon HVAC just before 4:30 and was told that there was no technician available before Saturday at the soonest. A short time later, I was texted that Kevin had agreed to come after hours Friday. Kevin called soon afterwards and said he was a couple of minutes away.
