Big thanks to Carson and Mike from Thomas Brothers Plumbing. Carson, who handles job dispatch, had Mike at my doorstep within 20 minutes of my call. Mike was in and out of my Centerville home in under an hour. He was driven, tidy, and efficient. The issue at hand was the removal and replacement of a poorly installed plumbing system. The service fee was reasonable and the service itself was fantastic.
This is my follow-up review. I'm giving a solid 5 stars for the replacement of a sump pump that my dog had unfortunately damaged, leading to a flooded basement in my Centerville home. Kaleb could have merely fixed it, but I chose to have the entire pump replaced as it was quite dated. Once again, the task was executed flawlessly. My heartfelt thanks.
