Mr good guy and Scott in particular is amazing to work with. He was quick to come out, diagnose the problem and resolve it. This is the second time we've called him, and he was so helpful and responsive. They are reasonably priced and try to resolve the problem without full replacement (unlike other places). Unfortunately this time we needed to replace, they scheduled for the next business day and even brought some heaters for the weekend. I will absolutely call them again in the future.

Workers were on time and acted professionally. They accidentally damaged a sprinkler pipe and immediately informed me so I could fix it that night before they poured cement for the posts the next day. They cleaned up the mess in the yard well.
Admittedly, I haven't had someone else cut my hair for a very long time, so I come to the chair with a little skepticism in the first place. My first cut was questionable, some unevenness and rough taper with some ugly spots around the ears. I probably would have marked my experience as 2-3 star based on that; however, Great Clips invited me to come back in if anything wasn't quite right. I showed up for a cleanup and couldn't be happier with the end result. In both situations, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks, Great Clips.
