Cedar City Animal Hospital provides quality full-service veterinary care in Southern Utah. The hospital's staff shows genuine concern for the well-being of pets, communicating directly with owners and providing great care. The staff is great, caring, and follows up with owners to check on their pets' progress, making them highly recommendable. They have taken care of dogs and cats, getting them on the schedule in a timely manner. This hospital is a life saver, providing same day appointments and getting results quickly. The doctors are attentive to needs and answer every question. Everyone encountered was so nice and very helpful.
Very grateful for the vet and how open he was answering all my questions. he was very kind to me and my situation and didn’t pressure me to get unnecessary treatments for my cat when you can make an educated guess on how useful it will be if the outcome is just going to stay the same.
I Felt like the receptionist spoke to me like I was stupid though. The way things were worded made me feel like I was dumb for asking.

I just moved to CC in April of '25. I brought my giant Alaskan Malamute, Mr. Milo, in to see Dr. Norton after a tough diagnosis from another vet in St. George. He was suffering from fever and having a very hard time breathing. Dr. Norton was very kind, in fact his entire staff was extremely kind, straight forward, and got me in to an appointment right away. Although my dog didn't make it, Dr. Norton and his crew did all they could to help my dog, they even called me once a day, to check in and help. They were so kind when it came time to allow my dog to pass without a ton of pain. This practice went well above and beyond trying to help my dog.
