I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.

Garrett is always so awesome and helpful! There was only one box of canned kitten food in the shelf and it was 30% off if 2 were purchased together at the same time. I will be leaving for a trip before the next shipment for the store came in so he was gracious enough to give me 15% off of the one left on the shelf so that I had enough food for my little one while I was out of town. He was very patient and professional Thank you for your help Garrett! You're a very kind and helpful gentleman ?

Good selection of fish. Moderately helpful staff. They will not sell fish after 7pm. Good selection of fish tanks and supplies. However we went to PetSmart for a tank. Better price for the size we wanted.
