I've been going to Melissa's practice for over a month now, & she is just phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, fluent in the electrolysis process, & very accommodating! True, lidocaine creams can help with the discomfort (& don't forget to ice your skin afterwards!), but you're definitely in good hands with Melissa Achter!

I am immensely blessed to have Melissa as my electrologist! She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I was so incredibly impressed by her professionalism, compassion and commitment to helping others from the very beginning. She helped me to understand the whole electrolysis process and she is always more than happy to answer any question I may have. Melissa has 30+ years of electrology experience - she is extremely proficient, gentle and beyond skilled. Her office is super cozy, inviting and private. Melissa was amazing. She was professional, she walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. The office is beautiful and clean. I have received electrolysis before and it was less painful (almost not pain) with Melissa.
