We had a great experience as far as customer service goes with loving and caring doctors but the ear piercings did not stay in. The left earring fell out and it was very disappointing to find out that they were not able to replace her earring through Busy Bee Pediatrics. I even offered to pay for an additional pair .We tried so many other places to try to find secure backings for earrings but nothing worked for my infant daughter.Because we were unable to find earrings with secure backings (after buying and trying well over 12 pairs) that had secure enough backings for an under 12 month old baby, her ears ended up healing over. We love this place!! Awesome pediatricians who are great with babies and kids. We normally see Gina but have been to Lisa and Adam as well and love them all. Adam is great with babies and kids and treats them all like he is so excited that they are there. We appreciate that they can get us in day of when our baby is sick or when we have any concerns. They always answer their phones promptly and we appreciate how great the reception staff is. All around a 5 star place. Definitely would recommend them, they provide the kind of service and care I would hope for anyone with kids. I'm a first time mom and they always help answer questions with compassion and kindness. We LOVE Busy Bee Pediatrics!! They are the best, and we loved and miss Kim and were so happy Adam is there! The staff are amazing and they care about your children's health and development. Never have I felt like my insurance was taken advantage of for nonsense things etc. My kids have the best Dr's, nurses etc bc Busy Bee is amazing. Bring your kids here if your looking for excellent care. The Dr's listen to you.They are the best and we're so happy to have them as our kids Dr's
