Happy with installation and customer service- just wish the blinds had the original drawstring. (They discontinued them ?) Now, when I pull them down I feel like the entire thing is going to break and fall apart. Hopefully they will stay strong past the warranty.
Nice meeting in home with us to help refine and choose our options. Reviewed choices with us on the phone and by email to further help us finalize our decision. Accurately measured windows. Install went well. The blinds have only been in a short time and we are enjoying them. We hope we will get years of use. They were also helpful in working with us to get Costco credit activated.
