I had called Swiss Boy Vacuum and after I explained my situation he basically said I was better off just going to Home Depot and getting a new machine because it will cost $150-$180 to fix. “Our dryer stopped heating, so I called famous appliance service for the first time. They offered an afternoon appointment on the same day, but I would be at work then, so they scheduled someone first thing in the morning. Jason arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and communicative, and got to work quickly. He had the heating element our old dryer needed right in his van, cleaned out inside and around our dusty dryer, replaced the heating element and put everything back together nicely. Explained everything, including how to keep a dryer in good working order. We will definitely call them again!“
