Hair and makeup can get very confusing with packages and understanding how trials work etc., and Haven was amazing at explaining exactly what you are paying for and how makeup works on your face, specifically. No redness, swelling, pain, or eye infections. They offer you an Eyelash wash as well as other products for beauty which is so nice.
