I've been using The Cleaning Authority for over six months now. The first two deep cleans were done fairly well but the monthly service since that time has been less than stellar ... until today. Dom and Kailey were incredible and have made me reconsider cancelling my contract. In past cleanings I've had the following issues: bathroom missed (until I pointed it out), baseboards not cleaned, kitchen furniture not wiped as per rotation, tile grouting not scrubbed, accessible areas under furniture not vacuumed ... the list goes on. If it is specifically written on the list I expect that it will be cleaned. Like other reviewers I would spend at least 30-60 minutes... read full review
