We just moved here from Ca. so everything is new to my Bonny. She didn’t seem as stressed coming from her groom! I was so glad. Plus she didn’t have to rub her ears on the carpet when she got home from the hair left inside! Again I was so glad ! Meagan Ahlstrom was so kind.
We absolutely LOVE Synergy!! If you like to feed your fur babies freeze dried raw treats this place is the holy grail! We’ve stopped in to stock up on our kitties favorites and always have such great service and the employees are always so kind! We told them about how our kitty will not let us near her nails for trimming and they told us they have a resident cat whisperer that can handle the spiciest of cats… THEY WERE RIGHT!! Beckie was absolutely magical and beyond wonderful to work with!! I took my orange long hair tabby cat (O’Malley) to Synergy Pet Spa to help with some matting problems and I was aligned to Missy. They did fantastic and I’m so grateful for their services. I was worried my cat would be severely traumatized but he enjoys his new haircut and I’m pretty sure Missy is his new bestie!
