Our Grooming Salons offer appointments for full-service grooming & bathing as well as Walk-in services for dog nail trim, nail grind, PAWdicure, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, trimming, dematting & more. Our Express services features uninterrupted primping that limits the amount of time your pet spends in the salon. Select locations offer grooming & bathing services for cats like nail trim, nail caps application, ear cleaning & sanitary trim.

DO NOT BUY FISH HERE. I just set up a betta sorority tank and bought 5 female bettas. One of which had "ich" and ended up killing all of my fish. After some reflection, I realized when I bought the 5 fish that one of the containers had a slight blue tint to it. I'm almost certain pet smart knew this fish was sick and was treating it but decided to sell it anyway.
I took my 3 month old Labrador there for a groom. And after we were about to pick him up. One of the lady there cutting nails was extremely rude and aggressive toward that one dog. To me, don't work there if you are going to say "Bad dog, I hate you," toward a scared tiny dog. I will never go back!
I have taken my dogs there twice. The first time they said my Shih Tzu got excited when he saw his brother in the bath and fell out of the groomer's arms. It knocked one of his front teeth out. The vet looked at him and the groom was free but I didn't believe the story. The next time, they wouldn't groom the Shih Tzu because he had a scab on his back. Ok. But they didn't clip my other dogs nails and his dew claw grew into the pad, resulting in a $170 vet bill for us. Needless to say, we will not be back.
