Jon Oaks from the Service department exceeded my expectations 100 fold! A couple weeks ago during a cold blizzard, our furnace began to malfunction around midnight. With temperatures falling, and a newborn in the other room, my wife and I began to get a little nervous. After driving all the way down from Salt Lake during the snow storm, Jon showed up with a huge smile when I answered the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which ended up being a loose wire, and got our furnace working again in no time.
