“Charlotte in accounting/finance at A&S is a saintly person. She helped our family in a real pinch. We don’t use credit cards and operate only in cash. Needless to say, we weren’t expecting an a/c fan motor to die – it wasn’t in our budget. She worked with us to get it figured out.

Joseph and Cohen, the HVAC technicians, braved our attic in a 108-year-old house and got the job done. We had guests coming later in the evening and it was 95 degrees plus in August. By the time they arrived the heat started to go down and the rooms were starting to cool. They were amazing! God bless them.

“DOES NOT RECOMEND! I hired ken's for a complete install of a HVAC system about 4 years ago. last year we had a bad freeze and the heat couldn't keep up properly. A tech was sent out and reported that the HVAC's heat was only half hooked up. I talked to the owner, brent. he refuses to finish the job and said that even though it wasn't hooked up to the electrical box completely, it was installed. what a pos. I have since tried to contact through email and certified mail with no response.“
