The staff are assholes, end of story. Tried to double charge us. The workers that are supposed to load the rented equipment want you to help do their job, which is not the customers job. I will not bring my business there again. The big guy (that is about two steps away from a diabetes attack) has anger issues.

My experience with this company has been excellent. I've rented heavy equipment and the guys set everything up for me, gave me excellent instruction and return was a breeze. I found the office staff to be helpful and quite efficient.

Sue has the WORST customer service. I went online to cancel my reservation AND called to confirm my cancellation but the phone just kept rining.. NEVER got a call the next day that they dropped it off at the location.. but get a call 2 weeks later asking how the rental is doing when I was not even aware that it was dropped off. Keep in mind ALSO I only reserved it for a week... I will never do service with them again and not to mention sue made a comment that I was "exaggerating" That is no way to talk to a customer.
