Mead Renovations is a top notch company, easy to work with. They work quickly and focus on getting the job done. Very friendly people, and reasonable prices. We are so happy with our two bathroom remodels. They look fantastic! We can’t wait to have Mead remodel some other rooms for us in the future.

My older ranch style house doesn’t look the same! In addition to completely gutting the kitchen and knocking out a wall between two living areas, they fixed several problems that were existing. We had foundation issues that had been handled with a foundation company but still needed the cosmetic fixes. The house needed to be re-wired and we had can lights installed throughout. They were able to fix things inside and out. Eric worked with me to get the look I wanted and correct so problems - some I didn’t even know I had - like termite damage (old damage) throughout the house. We bought our house in Woodway in December 2019. Beautiful house, huge corner lot with lots of trees. The inside was very 1972 and in desperate need of updating. Our realtors recommended Mead Renovations. We met with Eric (owner) and had a really great feeling about him right away. Renovations began 2 weeks before the entire country was shut down due to COVID. We were worried to say the least! We didn’t need to be. Renovation on our home kept going despite the shutdown. Not only that, there were very few delays during the entire process. Only the windows (manufacturing shut down) and a couple extra days on our flooring which was shipping related, we’re delayed.... read full review
