Staff is excellent - we purchased floors there and had a problem due to our own dislike and they returned the floor hassle free and help us purchase other floors. They are patient, customer service oriented and have phenomenal deals. If your needing floors this is where I would recommend you purchasing your floors. Shop local. Excellent business practices, new management, plus customer service oriented makes waco lumber liquidators number one in my book.
