10 out of 10. Our ac stopped working at 9pm on a Tuesday. Called various other companies and either received an answering service or pushed to enroll as a preferred customer. Called Carreon and Sons at 10pm and immediately spoke to a real person. Less than an hour later they had me up and running. No crazy hidden charges. Fast, friendly, and honest. Will definitely be calling them for all preventative maintenance needs in the future.
