As a first time client, customer service from the guy at the entrance wasn’t up to par but Mia as my lash tech was phenomenal; she is meticulous while applying the lashes. Almost three weeks later, my lashes are still intact, albeit a couple have naturally fallen off but I can actually wait till it’s 4 weeks before another refill that’s how well done it is!
