“I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to this clinic and the people in it. A few weeks ago I had to put down my sweet sweet Cosmo. It was my first time going through the process. I called 3 vets here in LBK and Hub City was the only place that responded with compassion. I could feel the genuineness in Rachel’s voice every time she answered the phone. I immediately knew this is where I had to bring him. The experience although heartbreaking and without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, every one I encountered that day was so attentive, patient, and kind. There was no judgement and no unnecessary pressures. They made it easier to smile and even laugh a little. Dr. Bridge made the entire process so intimate and comforting. She saw not only the pain of my dog but my pain. Again, I just can’t express how awesome the entire staff is here. I can say God truly put us in the right place that day. “I love this place ! Super clean, friendly, and truly care about your animal. I never feel rushed and I always feel included in my animals treatment. I really love the vet takes into account the age of my animal before prescribing meds. Some vets want you in and out but not this vet. I plan to transfer all my animals over to Kingsgate.“

“The Indiana location staff is wonderful and this is the best place to board your pets! They are always helpful and remember our dogs when we bring them in. Last visit we only boarded one dog and they asked about our other dog by name. The boarding area is always so quiet, no dogs barking crazy, and ours aren’t distressed when we collect them.“

“Let me preface this review by stating that my senior dog, Sugar, hurt her hind leg playing with my Sister's rambunctious puppy, while I was travelling. Sis, did not have a car to get Sugar to a vet right away, so I took to yelp to find a reputable place to take her as soon I got back in town 2 days later. In the meantime, my Sister did her best to brace the leg, in case it was broken and made Sugar a comfortable as possible. I get home and take Sugar to her appointment with Dr. Linn. She takes one look at the leg, which his a little swollen, and states that she has no problem taking an X-ray of the leg, but to save me some money, she refers me to the Live Oak Animal Hospital down the road, since her in house orthopedic vet is actually on vacation. She basically did not want to charge me for an X-ray if it was possibly broken and there was no one that specialized in broken bones there to really help. She gave me the number to Live Oaks and explained that they were usually pretty busy but because they were a larger capacity animal hospital, with more orthopedic specialists on hand, they would be better equipped to help. Dr. Linn and her staff did not even charge me for the consult so that impressed me that they were not out to do a quick cash grab. I would certainly go back to this office again for regular vet needs for Sugar since they were so kind and empathetic.“

“I can’t say enough good things about the Lubbock Small Animal Emergency Clinic! Dr. Drew and the entire staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Our dog had a sudden emergency, and their team jumped into action with such care and expertise. Dr. Drew is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our pup was comfortable and receiving the best care possible.

The whole team there is phenomenal—they were so attentive and genuinely caring, treating our dog as if he was their own. You can tell they all have a true love for animals and a dedication to their work. The clinic itself was spotless; it’s obvious they prioritize cleanliness, which gave us even more confidence in their care. The waiting area, exam rooms, and even the restroom were exceptionally clean, making the whole experience less stressful.
