I have to brag on this company! I made an effort to come write this review today because JFerg has been such an amazing company to work with. They put a roof on five years for me 5 years ago and it's still going strong! Today I called because some shingles blew off due to extreme wind, and they came to fix the issue the same day. This company is dedicated to their customers, and will not let you down If you choose them.
I'm very happy! Chase was very professional and helpful. We needed to replace all the old copper pipes under my moms home. Chase gave a fair estimate. After getting 3 more estimates we decided to go with J. Ferg. Not only was the service excellent but Chase was able to come under the original estimate without cutting corners! I called for a roof inspection and they came out the same day. After it was determined that we had extensive damage to the roof for hail, and we made arrangements through our insurance company, we decided to go with J Ferg. On the day of install, they arrived at 0700 and stay until 9 pm. The crew worked hard and it was over 100 degrees... it took exactly one week from the call to do the job until it was completed. The new roof looks awesome! I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional throughout the process, and very fast.
