We were coming back from Dallas to Shreveport and the wheel decided to come off as we were driving down the interstate. We were able to pull off near a man who ran out of gas. Lucas shows up to help that guy. He then walks down to us and stays with us helping to get numbers, offering us water, etc. What a guy!! Thank you Lucas for being a great guy and extending help in our time of need!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Good service, pleasant, and professional service writers. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Downside? Corporate has cut down on repairs allowed in shop. Better call and ask before you drive by the dealer.
