Yousef was amazing! He went the extra mile and removed a piece of melted hard plastic that was stuck to my bedroom carpet. I couldn’t tell it was there at all. He was very professional and thorough. I will definitely be using them again!

People! I'll just say this,my experience with the crew representing Stanley Steamer was a proud moment for this company. You see i'm a proud military Veteran and I take pride in myself and my work. When I'm the customer, I expect those whom show up at my front door to do a job for me to be a "professional" in how they conduct themselves. Know how to say Mr/Mrs, clean uniforms, knowledge in the project, courteous, non-confrontational etc... A PROFESSIONAL. Shawndell and Genesis are excellent technicians. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and proceeded to clean our air ducts until they were shining. It was an excellent job and they knew exactly what they had to do. Stanley Steemer is a top notch organization. Kee up the good work.
