My therapist (Joy) was really responsive during the massage to my requests to increase or decrease pressure depending on what each area of my body could tolerate. “Great experience for my first ever massage! Booking was extremely easy. I scheduled an appointment because I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain, as well as nerve pain/entrapment. Allysia took the time to ask questions to really understand the source of my pain and said she’d do her best to help me, even though she wasn’t sure what effect she could have if it was a nerve issue.

The entire massage was awesome. She even took a little time to work on my knees and hips because I had mentioned in my consultation that those were problem areas for me as well.
