Began using WIMBERLEY Vets in 2017 when as part-time residents in the area. They were always willing to provide veterinary service to us even though our fur babes were not permanent patients. We continue to use as permanent residents and have had positive experiences with all our pets. We especially appreciate their willingness to take the time to thoroughly discuss diagnosis and treatment options, and assist in making difficult decisions in managing them through end of life. We very much appreciate the after hours and weekend responsiveness. This gives us peace of mind.
We have been trusting the care of our dog and cat to the vets and staff of WVC for about a year now. It all started with the Great Porcupine Incident which occurred last September 2023. While this event did not make the national, or even local, news, it did lead to a need for us to spend a lot of time with Dr. Sheffield and his dedicated staff navigating through complications caused by porcupine quills. The vetrinarians and staff at Wimberly Vet clinic are professional, friendly, well trained and truly care about your pets. I have been using there services for many years and can honestly say I trust them to care for all my pets. I would encourage you to go meet them and take your babies there when they need any type of care.
