Excellent customer service. I only go a few times a year to launder large comforters and bedding. Staff anticipates the need and leads me to the proper machines. I don't know how they track the progress, but they know when it's time to transfer from washer to dryer and are at the machine to assist in the next step.

They were having equipment issues the day I used their service but still got me taken care of with a smile and good attitude with all the struggles they had going on. Thank you are what made my day better than it was

love taking my king size comforters here, pricing is extremely fair, & everyone is so kind & helpful. dropping my things off & picking it up is always quick & easy, & everything always looks good as new & smells fresh! definitely recommend, & will continue to return!
