I cannot recommend Cheli at Hill Country Grooming highly enough! Every time I take my poodle, Stella, to her, she comes out looking absolutely perfect. My husband and I have very particular preferences for Stella's grooming – he dislikes the traditional poodle cuts and prefers her not too short, while I like her a bit shorter. Somehow, Cheli masterfully blends our requests into the perfect cut every time. Stella always looks fantastic and feels so comfortable and happy after each visit. Cheli is absolutely the best groomer. She grooms all 3 of my pups. My little boy dog was so afraid of groomers after he had Pet Smart cut his nails way too short. When Cheli first started doing his nails and baths, she had to use his muzzle. 8 moths later, no muzzle and he is excited to go see her. A true animal person. She gained his trust and now he loves going. My 2 little girls, when I tell them they are going to see Cheli, they get so excited and bark every time I get close to the door. Hill Country Grooming has been wonderful! My small dog is a rescue, is very skittish, and sometimes aggressive around strangers, but he has been so cooperative and amazing when there for his nail clippings. They are very kind and loving to him and talk sweetly to him. I couldn't be happier about the service we receive there!
