Scheduling was a mess. First off it was supposed to be on the 18th and said they called us on the 16th to let us know that it was not going to be until the 19th which did not happen . They had two email address two phone numbers they could have called or text to let us know something. All day the 19th they told us several different times never happened then the manager out there told me that like 3:52 they would be here in 24 minutes doesn't show up till 5:00. And she told me three to four hours to install they did not leave until 1:00 in the morning. They did a overall a good job and was very polite and respectful.
