At first, I had a comforter cleaned that came back smelling bad, still stained, and clumped. I called the store and they immediately re-ran it with their new vendor. When I followed up, I happened to speak with the owner himself—he was very kind and personally made sure it was done right.
The second time around, the comforter came back completely clean, fresh, and smelling amazing. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and stand behind their service.“
