I got my nose pierced with my sister and cousin. Wendy did an amazing job and talked us through the entire thing. It was super quick. She was patient with my cousin, she's only 15 and Wendy went at her pace without pressuring her or getting upset that she asked her to wait a few times.
First of all, the customer service here is excellent! We thought we had issues with our ac and Lucas came out to look but didn’t find the problem since it wasn’t actively messing up, but he was willing to stay and look at some other concerns we had around the house. He was very professional and helpful. The next day, the motor went out on the inside and the same day, Michael came and checked it, went to get a part, and brought it back and replaced it! You can’t beat a good company that takes care of their customers well! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Thermo-ex came highly recommended. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was great, he arrived right on time, and he cleaned multiple bedrooms, common areas, and the stairs. The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to remove even an ink/marker/paint stain I thought would never come out! I will definitely use them again and have already passed along my recommendation to others. We needed to restore some of the family generational military gear that has been in storage for 20+ years! They had stains and a smell from being in storage and just needed a full on cleaning before going into garment bags for lifelong storage. Our family was very apprehensive about leaving this family history in the hands of someone other than our family. The owner called himself to explain that they would handle with care and give respect to the items and do the best they possibly could to get them cleaned. They far exceeded our expectations!! They no longer smell of old storage, most of the 20+ year stains are gone and the pieces themselves look renewed! Several caps, field jackets and peacoats. All look amazing and will be safely stored within our family in excellent condition thanks to Bell Cleaners in Wills Point! I would highly recommend Bell to anyone! Everyone was kind, courteous and handled the pieces as if they were their own.

We had both of our dogs groomed at the same time. What a great experience, and they both look great. Linda met with us briefly to get an idea of what we wanted. Then she spent some time getting to know our dogs. We will definitely be back, it's great to have a quality dog groomer so close to home, and with reasonable rates.
