Of all the group fitness classes I’ve attended over the years, F45 beats them all. The workouts have the perfect amount of variation, skill, challenge and Willow Park has great coaches. I’ve never felt as strong and conditioned as I do now.

Just hit 200 classes! F45 is a great. It’s well balanced and it gives you the best of all the fitness worlds. I have done CrossFit, OT, CG, barre, and gym classes galore. F45 definitely gets the job done and just in 45minutes. Truly has been my favorite gym experience. As for f45 Willow Park the gym is clean, coaches are hands on, great instruction, and not to mention the new equipment ?! It’s definitely 5stars! Give it a try for yourself
