Ive been a patient at North Pines for years. They have helped us welcome puppies into our home and cried with us when we said goodbye to our old dogs. Everyone there is loving and patient with my babies. Theyre prices are fair and they work with you as much as possible.

We've been taking our pets to North Pines Animal Hospital since the beginning of 2023, and we consider it our primary veterinary hospital for our pets. The veterinarians and staff at North Pines have always provided excellent care to our pets. They've been very patient with our rescue dogs (and especially patient with one that is very nervous) and they've always made an effort to have it be a positive experience for our pets. All of the staff is wonderful!
It's also really great that they are a Trupanion DirectPay hospital too, which means our pet insurance will pay them directly (and we don't have to file for reimbursement!).
Our first visit: The receptionist, vet tech, and doctor (Dr Jane) were all very professional and nice.
Our second visit: again, everyone was professional and nice. Dr Dewyer was patient and thorough.
3rd: vet tech visit: good. I have only seen the front desk area, but many people (& dogs) seem to enjoy the day care amenities.
