“My elderly mom sees Dr.Henson and has for years. She's #1 in our book. She doesn't rush you, she listens and is very friendly and humorous. I trust her 100% as moms doctor. Moms other doctors are in the Methodist system as well.Jennifer is who I communicate with through the Houston Methodist myChart system, when I have a quick question. She responds very quickly and is always thorough and friendly. We are truly thankful for everyone in her office!Moms is also a patient of HM Breast Care Center. I highly recommend them and Shout out to Dr. Priya Ramshesh, she's A+++ ❤.The Hospital in The Woodlands took great of my mom during her cancer surgery and mastectomy with breast rebuild through plastic surgery. Did a fantastic job, loving staff. The Nurses also helped me make a bed in moms room, made sure i had sheets blanket pillow. The hospital staff made sure i had meals, coffee in the a.m.s and that i was comfortable also!The whole HM system is organized and is easy on the patients✨This is an honest review from a patient and her daughter????.“

She was amazing with my kids, gave me a laugh that I severely needed, and address all of my daughter’s issues and my concerns. “I went there for two reasons:1. I have used Spanish clinics in the past in Galveston County with good success… 2. I first went to the new Million dollar facility near the HEB in Willis and was greeeted with zero warmth and Sterile question of how i intended to pay… when I informed the beautifully manicured Receptionist in the beautiful State of the Art facility I was told matter-of-factly that my visit would be a pre-pay of $180 before treatment of any kind… To which I informed her… I would rather die… of course that is not true… But as in my case the majority of us go to urgent cares for non-life-threatening issues… I could tell I have an ear infection and I needed an exam to validate that and someone to write a script… I loved the welcoming reception and the warm non-English-speaking receptionist but we made it happen… The professional care was great as expected and my script was written…The cost for me to shake hands and have a consultation with a professional was only $30…Located between Academy and Honey bee ham… I am proud to live in America and I’m grateful for state of the art facilities I guess I was expecting something different… But I love the normalcy of the clinic in Conroe“

I was scheduled for an appointment and I got caught in traffic and Yonaana still checked me in and made it available to see A. Lucas More medical receptionist this helpful would make the medical industry a better experience! Along with all the other staff that was there that day was very helpful as well“
