He and his superb staff worked me in to his schedule to attend to an examination that revealed a small problem requiring no further treatment. His explanation of my issue made me feel greatly relieved so we could continue planned travel. The office is well coordinated. The staff is efficient and professional. I had minimal wait time. After receiving my prescription to start using a BiPap machine for sleep Apnea, I was assigned to the Conroe office where John Ober, Respiratory Technician, has served as my primary contact and Technical expert on all the equipment, training and support. All the staff are professional, accommodating to my schedule and quick to problem solve whatever arises.

Having a medically productive experience with a BiPap is not a quick fix. It takes a conscientious effort of steadfast work, and willingness to make continuous adjustments, even when you have a lot of experience. Because of this, the Conroe team have been great advocates in my feeling better.

“Amber, Yovanna, Jamila, and Dr. Sims. These are some awesome people that work at St. Hope. Yovanna and greet you as you walk in. Jamila the nurse is sweet and pays attention when speak. That is great right there. Dr Sims listens to you. Does not speak over you. And is real good at explaining things.

“My elderly mom sees Dr.Henson and has for years. She's #1 in our book. She doesn't rush you, she listens and is very friendly and humorous. I trust her 100% as moms doctor. Moms other doctors are in the Methodist system as well.Jennifer is who I communicate with through the Houston Methodist myChart system, when I have a quick question. She responds very quickly and is always thorough and friendly. We are truly thankful for everyone in her office!Moms is also a patient of HM Breast Care Center. I highly recommend them and Shout out to Dr. Priya Ramshesh, she's A+++ ❤.The Hospital in The Woodlands took great of my mom during her cancer surgery and mastectomy with breast rebuild through plastic surgery. Did a fantastic job, loving staff. The Nurses also helped me make a bed in moms room, made sure i had sheets blanket pillow. The hospital staff made sure i had meals, coffee in the a.m.s and that i was comfortable also!The whole HM system is organized and is easy on the patients✨This is an honest review from a patient and her daughter????.“
