Their phone service is very poor I called today and was on hold for 30 min to make an appointment When someone finally answered (very nice person)I asked to make an appointment at the Willis location They said they would transfer me ; then I was disconnected ? At the beginning of the call It states the phone service has been changed for the better but it definitely is very bad Also I think there should be a line for each clinic

I can't get anyone to answer the phone for an appointment. I've been calling for 3 days with no answer. I'm forced to find a different doctor even though I'm pleased with Dr Molina

I was treated like a schizophrenic when I told Dr. Moseley about my parasite symptoms.After finding threadworms in my stool on 5/1/24, I asked for a urine and fecal parasite test on 5/2/24. Dr. Moseley took a swab to test for vaginal infections. She is an ob/gyn, but I’ve been to many doctors that just redirect me back to an Ob/Gyn since I have vaginal issues which I believe stem from parasite issues. I’m trying to find out if they come from parasite issues. Since my vaginal tests are always negative.After I asked Dr. Moseley if she could test my stool and urine for parasites, she asked me if I see a doctor for mental health.
