i have used this establishment for many years. when it belonged to Kim's Uncle and now Kim. I have NEVER had an issue with alterations or dry cleaning @ Kim's. The negative review is from an individual who constantly complains about everything and everyone that does not "kiss their feet".
I needed my jumpsuit altered in one day. I don’t usually use anyone but my usual seamstress that I’ve used for over 20 years. I Couldn’t get to her in time to have my outfit ready for the event. I found Kim’s alterations in Willis Texas.I took a chance and wow I am impressed. I am a new client and Kim was so professional and pleasant to work with. Her work was amazing. Kim did such a great job and had the outfit ready and on time. I had such a great experience .I will refer her to all my family and friends.
