Kayla L. was incredible! From the moment I walked in to the very end of my visit. I just moved to Wichita Falls and don't know much about the city and she was willing to help answer any questions even ones not pertaining to glasses. She and Amanda we're very informative about the eyewear and very patient, I didn't feel rushed like I had with past Eye clinics. Kayla also fixed my moms lens and put new nose guards on her glasses without question. I went to my visit saying I was going to get 1 pair of glasses and left with 2! Great service and Me and my family will be back.

Took my optical prescription to Walmart Wichita Falls today, Amanda was very helpful in obtaining our insurance info and helped me with everything pertaining to the frames and types of lenses I could choose from. 30 minutes we were outta there. Would definitely recommend their service!Was back again today(5-10-24)for new glasses and service from Kayla and Amanda was top notch!
