Took my optical prescription to Walmart Wichita Falls today, Amanda was very helpful in obtaining our insurance info and helped me with everything pertaining to the frames and types of lenses I could choose from. 30 minutes we were outta there. Would definitely recommend their service!Was back again today(5-10-24)for new glasses and service from Kayla and Amanda was top notch!
My cousin went to The vision center in Walmart in Wichita falls tx to get glasses. She has some confusion and Saturday late ordered glasses. She forgot to present her insurance. She went back this morning and Amanda helped her to correct the mistake. Can not say enough about the help. I am from Savannah, GA and talked to Amanda. She was so helpful. Thank you so much to the vision center and to AMANDA.
The people are always so professional, nice and helpful. I’ve been going here for two years now and I love it. I never have an issue. Any questions I have they answer them. It’s always hassle free.
