Went in on my baby girl's 13th birthday to get our nose piercings. They were professional and quick, with very little pain. Healing has been perfect with no problems at all. Will always go to Underground for any piercing or tattoos!
I went here to get my first tattoo a few months ago and Chelsea was fantastic! I was so nervous, but she eased my anxiety from start to finish. The process of scheduling and communicating with her was easy, and she was very friendly and did an amazing job. I had no issues with it healing, and the after care instructions were easy to follow. The only thing I didn't like was that random people would come in and watch me get my tattoo done in the booth, and they talked a bunch to her as she was doing my tattoo. For me it was a very private and big experience, and I felt like they were distracting her and it made me nervous. Outside of that, I would definitely come back... read full review
I've had really good experiences at underground tattoo. My only problem has been not being able to make appointments with specific artists by just calling the main number. I don't feel like I should have to chase down the artist, then whoever's answering the phone ought to have an appointment book.
